Project Hafiz: Completed

8 albums in 8 months. "Che Shod?" (What Happened?) was the last album that I published in May 2026 to conclude the Project Hafiz. The last 4 albums have been made with the help of AI to make the songs more entertaining, hoping to convey the message to a wider range of audiences.

How is "Che Shod?" different from the other albums in Hafiz Project?

I see a progressive improvement in my singing, use of AI and back vocals throughout the Project Hafiz. Che Shod? entails 13 pieces of music which together embody the wit, dynamism, and mystic spirit in Hafiz's poems.

Special thanks

My special thanks go to my best friends Farhad Askari, Hojjat Hemmat, and Arshia Sadeghinejad, who helped me refine and improve the quality of the work throughout the Hafiz project in 2025 and 2026. Farhad is a multi-instrumentalist and a longtime music lover with great taste in Jazz and World music. Hojjat's depth of insight into Eastern Philosophy and Hafiz has been a great input throughout the Hafiz project. Arshia is a long-time friend with deep insight into philosophy and art who supported the project and helped with several of the cover art designs for the Hafiz Albums.

I want to take a break for a while and reflect on the Project Hafiz a bit. It has been an amazing experience. Next, I might embark on a voyage to explore the Seven Seas.
